How is it done in my location?  A PC in the UIC offices runs Business Team, just as you would in your own office.  It talks to you, just like a chat over the internet, you see the screen it uses to track your work, you speak when it calls on you (only if you ask), and the interim and final reports come to your office, so you have the full, indexed notes when the meeting ends.
