Where do they take place? Your choice: Gold Beach, Oregon, or in your home/location.

How is it done in my location? A PC in the UIC offices runs Home Team, just as you would in your own place.  It talks to you, just like a chat over the internet, you see the screen it uses to track your work, you speak when it calls on you (only if you ask), and the interim and final reports come to your location, so you have the full, indexed notes when the meeting ends.
