What follows this Limited Scope EULA is a series of slides that show a new way of learning about a program, a new way of mastering the use of a new program, a new way of understanding it. This is built into the Uniteam™ programs. It’s part of why they are called ‘fully self-sufficient’.  ‘Fascinating.’

Rather than get formal and detailed, it is simpler to execute the EULA each time you enter a part of the program where you need a license. So here is the EULA, as we enter the part with the Coach intervening, by Client request, in the operation of a solo or rehearsal meeting, in order to help the student Client get a clearer picture of what is going on in the program and how they can best relate to that.

This EULA is binding upon you, who will use this no-cost, limited license, solely to familiarize yourself with this program in this place and time via information provided by UIC, and binding on us, UIC, which owns the licensing rights to this program. This agreement holds between you and us until superseded with the full EULA, executed when, and if, you purchase a Uniteam™ program.

We promise not to use any information we gain about you unless you steal the heck out of this property, or misuse your limited license and do harm to UIC, and you promise not to use any information you gain from this experience, or about the product in any way except within your own mind, to make a decision about purchase, or to simply enjoy seeing a unique example of human ingenuity.

You will not copy it in any sense, nor broadcast any information about it, in any sense, nor apply this knowledge to the development, by you or by others, of any product or service.  You will be nice with what you learn.  We will be nice, too.  Your agreement will induce us to show things to you that, if misused, could do grave harm to UIC.  Example: you promise not to study this to gain hints on leading meetings--then apply them in your business or personal life, without written permission from us, UIC.
