For Immediate Results: The Right Now Synthesys® Option

The Platinum Bullet
A comprehensive touchstone for organizational success

What can you do right now to best deal with the need for dramatic cost reduction actions, or huge increases in productivity, or extremely effective and rapidly successful mergers?

Now - with economic storm warnings flying - how do you meet the need for improved morale, impressive teamwork, and customer-oriented, platinum-level service from each member of your team?  How can you rescue your bottom line from life at the bottom of the chart?

The best and most amazing answer to those questions is Synthesys®.  Some have described this ‘platinum bullet’, Synthesys, as an organizational parallel to a ‘near-death’ experience.  It has been described as a heroic new science whose tools enable you to revive a seemingly dead or mortally wounded organization.

And Synthesys provides tools you can use to create a new source of power from the combination, the synthesis, of two or more current organizations.  See the Merger Candidate selection from the ‘Audiences’ page

You can enter the short pathway to the experience of this truth, right now.  See the orange box, below.

Here, in Synthesys, reside the solutions to failures to communicate, and ‘sinkhole’ business meetings - Synthesys and Uniteam™ both redefine as a joyful and successful activity, the word ‘meeting’.

Synthesys carries with it the pathway to painless, often easy, always natural, intuitive solutions to deal with needless costs, high overhead, disunity, disloyalty, despair, impossible problems, and selfishness.

Synthesys helps you avoid or repair ill-thought-out and ‘ego-trip’ plans that are destined to fail.  Here is the source of the creative and unified spirit of an entity, the unruffled spirit that finds joy and success in adversity.  What surprises many is that Synthesys, and its fraternal twin, Uniteam, are computer programs.  They are unique – together they form the most unusual, all-encompassing, most powerful computer program suite intended to serve individuals and groups.  If you’ve not yet read the review by Peter Jessen, go to the Uniteam Validation page to find out what an expert thinks.

Synthesys® has been in use since 1976.  It is the original transformation of the Parks Methods and Culture, and its codification and transformation started with the recognition of the power of the Parks system, which began on January 27, 1964.  From 1985, when Keith Parks retired from being a CEO, and joined this organization, until 1997, when he passed away, Keith was part of the definition and use of these tools.  But, being humble, he would never accept any credit for any of it.  (See the Background’ page on the website.)

The platinum level of Synthesys is the result of aligning it to function as the fraternal twin of Uniteam.  Synthesys, at the platinum level, is the result of decades of acquired wisdom, acquired by working with thousands of people, acquired from those who have succeeded because of its use.

You will find Synthesys and the how, what, why of it, the results of the many and varied, and very successful uses of it, defined in the brochure you can link to at the bottom of this page.  You need only click on and print out the info packet that is made up of these pages, and you can study or forward to others the necessary information about this crisis-slaying, resistance-transforming, platinum bullet.

Of course, you can simply click the link below, and read it from your computer screen without printing it.  And, as you will find, Synthesys and Uniteam, both defined in this packet, are both fully compliant with the original standards of the Parks Methods and Culture.

The world has changed from what we had planned for when designing this website.  We thought to winnow out and attract Early Adopters to a leisurely process of perfection and final testing by fire of a remarkable new tool, Uniteam.  Now the fire is immeasurably hotter and economic reality much more immediate a problem.  The availability of the Parks Methods and Culture is self-evidently crucial.

To meet our obligation to help organizations through this trying time, we are releasing the new, Platinum-Level Synthesys, now, and Uniteam later in 2009.  Those we help with Synthesys will be invited to become Early Adopters and assist us with the tailoring and perfection of Uniteam.  They will receive a reasonable number of copies of Uniteam at no cost, and will get the Synthesys license, software, training, and support at less than half of list price.  Attracting Early Adopters is no longer a leisurely process.  We have made it attractive, not just because of its ultimate power, but because of its pricing.

Your first step is to acquire Synthesys and get some of your people trained in the administration of it.  At that training class, designed to serve Early Adopters, they will also be introduced to Uniteam and will experience its use, as illustrated on page 2 of this information packet.  They can share their thoughts as Early Adopters.

The classes are held in Gold Beach, Oregon, on the Southern Oregon Coast of the Pacific Ocean, in the Northwestern United States.

Class seats and special pricing are both limited.  Best to apply now, or at least ask the questions you need answered in order to make a decision.  For help with this, you can call and ask to hear from those who have used Synthesys over the past 32 years.  Call +1.541.247.2220 or +1.310.990.9918 (cell).
